Tiffany’s 4-Week Peptide Guide

One schedule. Clear syringe measurements. Everything you need in one place.

Your four-week plan combines Retatrutide, KPV, Wolverine Blend and ARA-290. Use the calendar and calculators below as your personalized reference throughout the course.

Day 1 = Tuesday
1× Weekly Retatrutide
0.5 mg KPV on Alternating Days
0.5 mg Wolverine Every Other Day
4 Weeks ARA-290 Active Protocol

Preparation Cheat Sheet

Each calculator and syringe measurement on this page assumes these exact vial concentrations.
Retatrutide 10 mg vial + 1 mL BAC water = 10 mg/mL 1 mg = 10 units
KPV 10 mg vial + 2 mL BAC water = 5 mg/mL 0.5 mg = 10 units
Wolverine 5 mg BPC + 5 mg TB + 2 mL BAC water = 5 mg/mL total blend 0.5 mg = 10 units
ARA-290 10 mg vial + 1 mL BAC water = 10 mg/mL 1 mg = 10 units

Your Four Simple Rules

These are the basic rules that drive the calendar below.
Retatrutide

Once Weekly

Take your individualized Retatrutide dose once each week. Use the calculator below to convert your milligram dose into syringe units.

Wolverine

Every Other Day

Begin Tuesday with Wolverine. Take 0.5 mg total blend every other day. This equals 0.25 mg BPC-157 + 0.25 mg TB-500.

KPV

Opposite Days

Take 0.5 mg KPV on the days between Wolverine doses. The alternation continues through weekends without resetting.

ARA-290

Follow the Calendar

The first two ARA-290 doses are 1 mg. Beginning Saturday of Week 1, scheduled ARA doses are 2 mg.

Multiple peptides on the same day: ARA-290 may fall on either a Wolverine day or a KPV day. When two products are scheduled together, they may be administered around the same time according to your treatment plan, but keep each preparation in its own syringe.

ARA-290 vial progression: Weeks 1 and 2 together use exactly 10 mg. Week 3 uses 10 mg. Week 4 uses 10 mg. The full active ARA-290 course therefore uses exactly three 10 mg vials.

Tiffany’s Success Checklist

Use the system instead of trying to remember everything.
Start on Tuesday

Tuesday is Day 1. Each protocol week runs Tuesday through Monday.

Alternate Wolverine and KPV

Day 1 is Wolverine. Day 2 is KPV. Continue alternating every day without resetting at the beginning of a new week.

Remember the Two 10-Unit Doses

Your scheduled KPV 0.5 mg dose and Wolverine 0.5 mg dose are both 10 units with these preparations.

Watch the First Two ARA Doses

Tuesday and Thursday of Week 1 are 1 mg / 10 units. Beginning Saturday, scheduled ARA doses are 2 mg / 20 units.

Use the Reta Calculator

Enter your assigned weekly dose each time instead of relying on memory for the conversion.

Don’t Guess After a Missed Dose

If you miss a dose or lose track of the schedule, contact KirkleyCare rather than doubling or changing the plan on your own.

Keep Preparations Separate

Products scheduled on the same day remain separate preparations and separate syringes.

Use the Day Finder

When you’re unsure what today calls for, choose your week and day in the “What Do I Take Today?” tool.

When You’re Unsure

Don’t try to reconstruct the protocol from memory.

If you are unsure about your dose, syringe measurement, reconstitution, schedule, a missed dose, or a symptom that develops during the protocol, contact KirkleyCare before making an unplanned change.
