Peptide Dose Calculator
Enter the amount in your vial, the amount of diluent added, and the dose you have already been instructed to use. The calculator converts that dose into milliliters and U-100 syringe units.
Reconstitution Calculator
Enter the numbers from your vial and treatment plan.
10 mg + 2 mL
Concentration: 5 mg/mL
Each U-100 unit: 0.05 mg
How to Use the Calculator
Enter Vial Amount
Enter the total milligrams printed on the vial.
Enter Diluent
Enter the exact amount of liquid added to the vial.
Enter Your Dose
Enter the dose in either milligrams or micrograms.
Read the Syringe
The calculator converts that dose into mL and U-100 syringe units.
Understanding U-100 Syringe Units
U-100 Volume Conversion
100 units = 1.00 mL
50 units = 0.50 mL
20 units = 0.20 mL
10 units = 0.10 mL
1 unit = 0.01 mL
Why the Same Units Can Mean Different Doses
Syringe units tell you how much liquid you are drawing.
The amount of peptide inside that liquid depends on the concentration created during reconstitution.
This is why the vial amount and diluent volume must be entered correctly every time.
