1 mg = 10 syringe units.

Your first two ARA-290 doses are 1 mg. All remaining scheduled doses are 2 mg.

On every treatment day: take the scheduled ARA-290 dose plus 10 units of Wolverine. Keep the two preparations separate.

Wolverine Is Always 10 Units

Take 10 units of Wolverine on every scheduled ARA-290 treatment day.

ARA 1 mg = 10 Units

The first two ARA-290 doses are 1 mg, which equals 10 syringe units.

ARA 2 mg = 20 Units

Beginning with Saturday of Week 1, scheduled ARA-290 doses are 2 mg, which equals 20 syringe units.

Both Are Taken on the Same Day

If ARA-290 is on the calendar, Wolverine is also scheduled that day.

Keep Them Separate

Wolverine and ARA-290 remain separate preparations.
